SRTD #5 Men's Team Sign-up

April 25 - 28, 2024 | This form should be completed in order to be considered for serving on Men's SRTD #5. Team will be selected and assigned based upon space availability. If you would like to pay your teams fees online as part of your registration, please select the lodging option to pay team fees now. If you intend to pay team fees at a later date, please select the lodging option at the $0 rate.

T-shirts are optional and are not included in the team fees. The cost of a T-shirt is $10 and should be added to your registration total prior to entering your payment information.
If you wish to serve on the upcoming Mens SRTD weekend team please prayerfully consider your ability to commit to the following expectations prior to submitting the form below:


- I understand the weekend is a cloistered event, and will commit to remain at the camp ground for the duration of the weekend.

- I understand that team meetings are a vital part of preparing for the weekend and will attend at least 4 team meetings.

- I understand that team fees must be paid no later than the 4th team meeting, and that payment must be made by cash or check at team meetings, or by credit/debit card online (no Money Orders accepted).

Indian Creek Campground does not serve meat, and instead adheres to a vegetarian based diet. This means many of thier meal options contain soy-based products. Please note any allergies to soy in the dietary needs section listed below.
